Meet The Taste Experts

Chef Shiva Amatya has worked with some of the Melbourne’s most notable chefs. He has a strong focus on using local produce, taking influence from cuisines from different parts of the world to create bold and funky flavours designed to share with friends and family.

Shiva has worked in the hospitality industry for more than 12 years in different capacities across Melbourne; including head chef for 9 years at ‘Niche on bridge’, He has also developed menus for different venues and managed large catering functions for Riva at St Kilda.
